Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with the exception of swimwear and jewelry.

If your return is accepted, you can go forward with the necessary steps you are required to follow, in order to return the package, any further information will be discussed individually through costumer service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear and jewelry. 

 

At VÁISA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your items, we offer exchanges for store credit on your purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  •  - Exchanges Only: We do not offer cash or card refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for the value of the exchanged item(s).
  •  - Eligibility: Items must be in unused, unopened, and resaleable condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 5 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept exchanges.
  •  - Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
